If you contact us, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, website address, the service you are interested in and your message. We also keep correspondence needed to respond and manage a potential or existing client relationship.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, discuss requested services, prepare proposals and take steps towards a contract. Our lawful bases are legitimate interests in operating and developing our business, and steps taken at your request before entering a contract. Where you become a client, we also use information to perform our contract and meet legal obligations.
Who receives it
Information may be processed by suppliers that help us operate the website, receive enquiries, provide email, accounting or professional services, or deliver work. We only share what is necessary and do not sell personal data. The enquiry form uses Web3Forms to deliver submissions when enabled.
How long we keep it
We keep unsuccessful sales enquiries for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact, unless there is a legal or operational reason to keep them longer. Client and transaction records may be retained longer where required for contracts, accounting, tax or legal claims.
